How It Works
From Draft to Registered — Without Leaving Home
Six touchpoints, most of them from your phone. Here is everything that happens between starting a draft and holding a registered agreement.
- 1
Share your details
Estimate your cost with the pricing calculator, then share party, property, and rent details with us over phone or WhatsApp — deposit, lock-in, notice period, escalation, all explained in plain language.
- 2
Review the draft
We prepare your leave-and-license draft in the standard Maharashtra format and share it with both parties; either side can suggest changes until everyone is satisfied.
- 3
Confirm and pay
Once the terms are final, pay the service fee plus the government stamp duty and registration charges — all shown up front, calculated from your rent and deposit.
- 4
Book your doorstep visit
Pick a date and time that suits landlord and tenant. Parties in different cities? Book separate visits — we handle the coordination.
- 5
Biometric verification at your location
Our executive arrives with a biometric device, verifies each party's identity against Aadhaar, and captures photographs and thumb impressions as required for registration.
- 6
Receive your registered agreement
We submit everything to the Department of Registration & Stamps. Your registered agreement, with its registration number, is emailed within 3–5 working days.
