We provide drafting assistance, appointment coordination, and facilitation of biometric verification and registration of leave-and-license agreements as an authorized service provider. We are not a law firm and do not provide legal advice.
Your responsibilities
You are responsible for the accuracy of the details entered in the draft, for having the legal right to let or occupy the property, and for ensuring all parties attend the booked verification appointment with valid identification.
Government fees
Stamp duty and registration charges are collected on behalf of the government at actuals and are non-refundable once the registration process has been initiated with the department.
Timelines
Stated turnaround times are typical, not guaranteed — departmental processing can occasionally take longer for reasons outside our control.
