Refund Policy
Before your appointment
Cancel any time before your biometric verification appointment for a full refund of the service fee. Government charges not yet remitted are refunded in full.
After verification
Once biometric verification is completed and the registration has been submitted to the department, the service fee and remitted government charges are non-refundable.
Missed appointments
A revisit fee applies if our executive arrives at the booked slot and any required party is unavailable without prior rescheduling.
Processing
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 5–7 working days.
